When will I receive my order?
Orders sent using our free standard delivery option are usually delivered in 2-3 working days. 

If you have opted for Royal Mail's Tracked 24 service, the official delivery estimate is 1-2 days, and deliveries are now made 7 days a week (except in the Highlands and Islands where Sunday delivery is not available).  The majoiry of our orders sent on this service arrive the following day - but regrettably this is not guaranteed.

Our DPD Next Day service is just that.  Provided that they collect your order on time from us, it will be with you the following weekday, and you will see a one hour delivery time slot on the day.

International delivery times can be a little more unpredictable due to customs clearance times varying across the world.  Please allow 7 days for delivery to Europe and 14 days to the rest of the world, and we would advise ordering early for delivery during peak periods.  Your order will have  a tracking number so that you can see where your parcel has reached.
How do I track my parcel?
If your parcel has been sent with Royal Mail, your parcel can be tracked with them on their website here.  If your parcel is an international order you might find additional information via the website of your national postal service.

If your parcel has been sent with Whistl, your parcel can be tracked with them on their website here.  If your parcel is an international order they may use a partner carrier within your country. 

If your tracking number begins with XLT, you can track this on the Exelot website here.

If your tracking number begins with LM, please try the Direct Link website here.

If your tracking number begins with LTN, your parcel is with Landmark global and can be tracked on their website here.

If your tracking begins with TYP, your parcel should be trackable with Royal Mail and your national postal service as above.

Are there additional taxes/import duties to pay?
If you are ordering from within the UK, all taxes due have been paid.

Unfortunately, if you are overseas (including the EU) your parcel will be assesed by customs and may be subject to additional taxes and import duties on delivery.
How much do you charge for international shipping?
Delivery for any number of items up to 1.9kg is charged at £14.99, parcels over this are £19.99. 
Postage is only charged once according to these boundaries regardless of the number of items purchased, and is fully trackable.
Despatch
When will my order be despatched?
All of our items are in stock and available for immediate despatch. If you clear checkout before 2pm Monday to Friday, your order will be sent the same day. Orders received after this will be sent the following working day.
Where will my order be shipped from?
We are based in the UK, and your order will be shipped from our warehouse in Clacton on Sea.
Returns
How do I return something?
If for any reason you are not happy with this item, please contact us to let us know and you will be able to return it within 30 days of receipt in unopened, resalable condition for a full refund.  Details of our returns and refunds policy can be found here.
Do you offer free returns?
Regrettably, we are unable to refund the cost of returning the item unless it is incorrect or faulty.
